How will I know when my order is ready for collection?
Once your order is ready for collection, we'll contact you by phone or email using the contact details provided with your order. Please wait until you receive confirmation before visiting your selected store to collect your order.
What if I can't collect my order straight away?
If you're unable to collect your order within the collection period, please contact your selected store or our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Our team will advise you of the available options based on your order and collection location.
