Some R.M.Williams pants and jeans are labelled using centimetre waist measurements rather than the more familiar Australian men’s waist sizing in inches.

The REG refers to a Regular leg length, while the number refers to the waist measurement in centimetres.
For example, if you normally wear a men’s size 34, you would generally select 87REG.
