Can I withdraw my order as an EU customer?Updated a month ago

If you're located in the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, unless an exemption applies.

To request an order withdrawal, please contact our Customer Experience team within the withdrawal period and provide your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, you can sign in to your customer account and submit a return or cancellation request here.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original sale condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging included where applicable.

Please note that EU customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, including order withdrawal returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned item has been received, or until proof of return postage has been provided.

Made-to-order, custom-made and special-order items are not eligible for a refund or exchange, except where required by law.
